SHARK How to prepare shark ! soak in water in refrigerator or in ice water in ice chest
overnight before cooking or freezing .Lightly squeeze out water from meat . Batter with zatterains seasoned
fish fry. cut into small pieces no thicker than 1 inch.About size of sausage patty.Fry until it starts to float.Can also be
grilled! Marinate 1 to 3 hours in italian dressing before grilling.Place aluminum foil on gill under fish with butter. Grill 5
minutes each side (flip)Can also lightly season.Can also cook by microwave for about 5 minutes .Make sauce melt butter ,splash
of worcestershire,Diced green/Bell pepper .Paul prudomes Blackened redfish seasoning .Pour on top of shark.microwave 5 to
8 minutes checking for complete cooked in microwave dish . Can also simmmer fry in skillet one stick of butter medium
heat ( No fish fry just seasoning !) prefer tony cacheries or paul prudommes blackened redfish seasoning. dont over
